At Busymapp, operated by BALBINE STUDIO S.L., we are committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any content that endangers minors.

This policy outlines our commitment to preventing, detecting, reporting, and removing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior from our platform.

Busymapp strictly prohibits:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

  • Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors.

  • Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.

  • Soliciting, sharing, requesting, or distributing illegal sexual content involving minors.

  • Any activity that facilitates child exploitation.

  • Using the platform to promote or organize illegal activities involving minors.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

2. Reporting Abuse

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly through the Busymapp application.

Reports may include:

  • User profiles

  • Posts (Mappshots)

  • Events

  • Chats

  • Comments (if applicable)

  • Any other content available on the platform

Our moderation team reviews reports as quickly as possible and takes appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.

3. Content Moderation

Busymapp actively monitors reports submitted by users.

When prohibited content is identified, we may:

  • Remove the content immediately.

  • Suspend or permanently ban the responsible account.

  • Restrict access to platform features.

  • Preserve relevant information when legally required.

  • Report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

BALBINE STUDIO S.L. cooperates with competent law enforcement authorities whenever legally required.

Where applicable, we may preserve and disclose relevant information related to illegal activities involving child exploitation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

All users of Busymapp agree not to:

  • Upload or share illegal content involving minors.

  • Harass, exploit, or endanger minors.

  • Encourage illegal behavior.

  • Misrepresent their identity for the purpose of exploiting others.

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Users who violate these rules may have their accounts permanently removed.

6. Protection of Minors

Busymapp is designed for users who meet the minimum age required under applicable laws and our Terms of Service.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to supervise minors' online activities whenever appropriate.

If we become aware that an account has been created in violation of our age requirements or applicable laws, we may suspend or remove the account.
